Hello @Daniel Jorge Santos, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! My name is Kailee and I am happy to assist you. The catalog number we ask for on the form depends on the type of notes you are submitting. For most U.S. notes, we use the book, Paper Money of the United States by Arthur and Ira Friedberg, this is also known as the Friedberg number. For most World notes, we use the books, Standard Catalog of World Paper Money. This is also known as the Pick number. For more information on the catalogs we use for paper money please refer to our website here: Notes PMG Grades, Attributions & Reference Books | PMG (pmgnotes.com) Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @Kassiejo55, yes it is. Thank you!

Hello @Kassiejo55, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! When mailing in a submission, you can just list the name under PMG. If you need a physical person's name, you can list Danny Perez. We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello, Thank you for your patience! My team advised that we have not graded this item before, so unfortunately, we would need it in hand to confirm if we can both grade and encapsulate it. I'm so sorry I could not give more of a definitive answer on this one, but we just need to examine it in person to confirm. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @Tom lo 1581, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, PMG cannot advise if notes are worth sending in for grading or if grading will have an impact on their value. Many collectors have notes graded with the intent to sell the notes, while others use the service to authenticate the note and have them protected in the encapsulation holder. For current or anticipated values, we recommend checking online to get an idea of what that type of note sells for or having them appraised by a reputable currency dealer. Should you decide to submit the notes for grading, you will need to determine a declared value for each note. The value we ask for is an insurance value, an amount you would feel comfortable with in terms of a replacement value should your item get lost or damaged during the process. Each tier of service covers up to a maximum specified insurance level, select the tier of service which will accommodate the declared value for your item. Current services and fees can be viewed online at PMG Services & Fees | PMG (pmgnotes.com). If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!

Hello @Lamb7, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! The NET designation indicates a note that has problems that are more severe than can be reflected by the note’s assigned numeric grade. If a note receives the NET designation, the severe problem or problems will be listed. The grade portion of the PMG Guarantee does not apply to Notes given a NET designation by PMG. Notes with the NET designation are guaranteed to be genuine only. We cannot comment directly on your note without having it back in hand since the graders do not make internal notes, but we hope this helps provide a better explanation of the designation. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @FolsomMike, Thank you for contacting us. The value we ask you for is an insurance value, a number you would feel comfortable with in terms of a replacement value if your note was lost or damaged while with us. We encourage you to be conservative as we do not reimburse you if you over-value your note. If your note was grossly under-valued, we reserve the right to bump it to the appropriate tier. Please do take note that PMG does not assign values, purchase, or sell notes. Good resources for determining the value of your notes are completed eBay auctions and the posted prices by large currency dealers. We do have a World currency price guide on our website which might offer some information. These prices come to us from a third party and are based on current auction pricing: World Currency Price Guide. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!

Hello @LEEJUNHONG, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Unfortunately, this note was too damaged to be eligible for certification. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @Richard Granstaff, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! You may submit the notes in a bundle as shown, however, we cannot grade the notes as a bundle. They will need to be graded and encapsulated individually. With this in mind, you may consider breaking the seal and packaging each note individually to ensure the bundle is not damaged in transit. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

Hello @cwgibbsjr, per my team, we don't carry a census for "bullion notes" or those made exclusively in gold or silver. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @Retired Navy Rob, it looks like Tavia from our customer service team had called twice and emailed 3 times to the email we have on file. We're so sorry these were missed! Our emails do tend to go to customer's junk/promotional folder, so always be on the lookout if you do not see progress on future submissions. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

Hello @Jim M1, It looks like sheets of this particular Fr# exist with serial numbers from A49920001-51200000D, and this note does fall in that range... Because of that, the graders believe this note to be cut from a sheet. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
-
Hello @cwgibbsjr. hope you are doing well! Do you happen to have a certificate reference number of one of these notes so I can check on this for you? Thank you!
-
Hello @Jim M1, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! I am checking on this for you now and will reply back here once I have more details. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Hello @Retired Navy Rob, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! It appears that we received submission 2362528 into the system on 10/22/24, however, we were missing information necessary to proceed with processing your order. It looks like we did try to reach out several times to confirm details about your order, but we did not receive a reply. Due to this, we proceeded with the submission without the necessary needed for your pedigree. To answer your question, the turnaround time begins when your order says "Received" on your submission tracking. Not "Received at location", which often means we need additional information from you. Do note that not providing the necessary additional information required to fully process your submission can significantly increase the turnaround time. Your submission has been completed and shipped back to you as of this morning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Hello @G Griff, Thank you for contacting us. We are excited to hear you are considering sending your note to us for grading! While I would love to assist you with determining how much it would be to submit your notes to us for grading, our grading tiers/fees are determined by the potential value of your note. Unfortunately, PMG does not value notes, so you would need to do a little research on your end to make that determination. Grading fees, services, and current turnaround times are located at PMG grading fees. Once you've reviewed our fees, if you are still interested in submitting notes for grading, you can become a paid member of Collector's Society HERE or submit the notes through an authorized PMG dealer. If you do not wish to sign up for membership, you can find a listing of authorized PMG dealers at PMG Dealers. You can find more information on how to start submitting notes online at How to submit. Please do submit the note in a non-PVC mylar sleeves. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
