    My biggest concern is the sleeve will move around in the box and come out the open top. Bubble wrap would seem to stop that from happening.

    I am going to ship a note to PMG. I have it in a plastic holder with an open top. Do I put it in an envelope and seal that? I can tape the envelope to the inside of a comic book submission package. Put that whole thing in a plastic shipping bag?
