  3. Hello @Hussain901. thank you for contacting us. This tier is for notes valued up to $300. Notes may be a mix of catalog numbers and / or serial numbers. All notes issued 1957 to present are accepted except error notes. If your notes fall under this category and you have 50 or more of them, feel free to send them in under this tier. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  4. Hello @kerrylaw7307, thank you for contacting us. Please write on the submission form "please ship with invoice XYZ (whatever the other invoice number is)" on each of these. Once received, you may call, text, or email to ensure this was added. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  5. Hello @serenitystan, thank you for contacting us. 6. Hello Andreas, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we would need the note in hand to make this determination. We cannot confirm without seeing the note in person. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Feel free to send the note in for evaluation when you are able! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  7. Hello @Jogarced, thank you for contacting us. Yes, your submission was paid in full using your membership credit. You have a remaining $60.00 credit available which will be used on your next invoice submitted. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  8. Hello @MTPocket, thank you for contacting us. The $150.00 credit does expire on your renewal date, but you are then afforded a "new" $150.00 if you decide to renew. As a courtesy, I am happy to extend your membership credit for 2 extra months. I have found your account in the system and taken care of this for you. It will now expire on 06/23/24. As long as we receive an order into our system before that date, your 2023 credit will apply (along with your 2024 credit if applicable). Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

    UPGRADE

Hello @Jon Botham, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Premium members receive a $150.00 credit that can be applied directly to their submissions, so if the credit is used in full, it effectively "pays off" the initial membership fees. Elite members also receive the $150.00 credit, but they also are entitled to a 10% discount on all grading fees. This can be a great option for collectors if they have many notes to send in, the discount can be very beneficial in saving on grading fees and can add up over time. You can view all of the benefits each membership tier receives HERE. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  10. Hello @GoldFinger1969, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! I will be happy to pass your suggestion/request on to the Chat Board engineering/coordination team for review. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  11. Hello @Scarface713, Thank you for contacting us. PMG is a currency grading company. We do not buy, sell, or value paper money. You can find out more about our company here: About PMG If you are interested in submitting notes to us for grading, you can find out more on the process online at How to Submit | PMG (pmgnotes.com) and our grading fees at PMG Services & Fees | PMG (pmgnotes.com). 12. Hello @Stephenf, all evaluations must be done in person by a grader. Unfortunately, pictures can sometimes not provide the full details we need necessary to review and grade a note. The note will need to be sent in for further evaluation by a grader to be reviewed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  13. Hello @Stephenf, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm via photos if the note was cut by hand with scissors. An in-hand evaluation by the grading team would be required to determine this. If you are interested in submitting the note to us for evaluation and grading, you can find out more on the process online at How to Submit | PMG (pmgnotes.com) and our grading fees at PMG Services & Fees | PMG (pmgnotes.com). If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  14. Hello @VonZilla9, thank you for contacting us. We're excited to hear you are submitting your note to us for grading! Here is the recommended shipping instructions on how to package your note for shipment - • Pack the notes in a well-secured, appropriately sized box with the submission form. We recommend packing a box within a box. Do not tape, staple, glue or paper clip notes to cardboard or sleeves. Use bubble wrap or newspaper to protect notes inside their container. • Securely seal the package with reinforced shipping tape to prevent tampering en route. Any damaged, unsealed or poorly sealed packages will be rejected and returned to the shipper. • Do not put raw notes inside a box or envelope without some sort of protection. • If putting notes inside cardboard or envelope for protection, please mark that there are notes inside. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

    Modern Bulk

Hello @vlad.k, thank you for contacting us. As of 2022, specimen, proof, and test notes are no longer excluded from the bulk grading tier. You may submit these items under the bulk grading tiers! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  16. Hello @batch boy, thank you for contacting us. Yes, all submitters must be a member to send notes to PMG for grading. You can sign up to be a member ahead of time before the show, or we can help you out when you get there. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  17. Hello @Karen Maurer, thank you for contacting us. All serial numbers must be in consecutive order. One (1) break in the serial number sequence will be allowed for every 50 notes submitted. Multiple catalog numbers are allowed. All vintage or modern notes are accepted except error notes and Chinese notes issued from 1948 through the 1953 First Series notes (Pick numbers 800 to 859). Please note that there is a 50-note minimum, so 15 notes would not qualify for this tier. You may consider picking on of the regular non-bulk grading tiers instead. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

    Errors

Hello @Jimm S, thank you for contacting us. Just to clarify, do you believe the notes have been misattributed? If so, can you post photos of the notes along with their certificate numbers? I will have my team take a look at them. Thank you!
  20. Hello @Patri-Arctic, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we do not have a portion of our PMG census specifically for sutler -script notes. You would need to look these up manually and then find the population report from there on our PMG Verification page. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
  21. Hello @Ramon RI, my team sent me the following - The printings are determined by the serial number ranges. Each note type will have a different range. The ranges can be found in the book "Comprehensive Catalog of Military Payment Certificates" by Fred Schwan. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you need help with anything else.
  22. Hello @Ramon RI, thank you for your inquiry! I am happy to check on this for you with my team. I will reply back here once I have an answer to your question.
  23. Hello @SoFi NIO OPEN, thank you for contacting us. PMG does not have any "slow" or "busy" seasons throughout the year. We are consistently busy! Pick number

Hello @Computer Lab, thank you for your message. Is it a USA note? If so, for most U.S. notes, we use the book, Paper Money of the United States by Arthur and Ira Friedberg, this is also known as the Friedberg number. You may be able to find the catalog number in that book instead. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  25. Hello @manofwar, thank you for your reply. I am truly sorry, can you please kindly clarify your question so that we may further assist? I have read through your inquiry with Nicki O and I am not quite sure what your question is in your second post. Thank you!
