  1. I have spent several hours filling out two submissions totaling 60 notes. Step #1 of the online process, was completing shipping information. Step #2 was filling out all the note submission information on these 60 notes. At this step, I created 2 different submission forms because the 2 groups of notes were in 2 different tiers. Step #3 is the summary/payment step. On this step #3 my two submissions each have a separate return shipping charge. This is an error. I can find nowhere to request all my notes to be sent back in one shipment hence reducing my return shipping charges. I called PMG and he suggested there was a flaw in the online submission form, and that there should be somewhere to ask that both submissions be returned in one package. But we could not find that anywhere. How do I NOT get charged for a separate return shipping when I want all the notes returned at the same time in 1 package?
  2. I simply use excel and make a spreadsheet. "Year - Grade - Description - Purchase Date - Cost - Freidburg# - Notes". I can sort any way I want. I own a mac too.
