    Hello Kailee S Pic attached. My concern is that these may have been intentionally cut from sheets that were sold to the public. In other words, not true errors. How do I know which star notes were sold as sheets and which were BEP pack issued? Thank you JIm

    I have 2 graded STAR MISCUT errors that appear to be cut from public sale sheets. Obtained from major auction house. What's my recourse and how did these get graded??
