    Hello, How to tell the difference between the first, second or third printing in a Military Payment Certificate series? I only know the difference because it is indicated in the PMG holder. How PMG knows which printing is? I'm guessing it's by serial number, is there a record of which specific printing the serial number belongs to? Thank you.

    I have just bought a PMG graded note (Fr# 236 Mule), an About Uncirculated 55 designation, I have checked the note and the Series 1899 imprint in the lower left side is almost scratched from the surface. Shouldn’t have received the note a NET designation?
