  1. Hello @Retired Navy Rob, it looks like Tavia from our customer service team had called twice and emailed 3 times to the email we have on file. We're so sorry these were missed! Our emails do tend to go to customer's junk/promotional folder, so always be on the lookout if you do not see progress on future submissions.

Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  2. Hello @Retired Navy Rob, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! It appears that we received submission 2362528 into the system on 10/22/24, however, we were missing information necessary to proceed with processing your order. It looks like we did try to reach out several times to confirm details about your order, but we did not receive a reply. Due to this, we proceeded with the submission without the necessary needed for your pedigree.

To answer your question, the turnaround time begins when your order says "Received" on your submission tracking. Not "Received at location", which often means we need additional information from you. Do note that not providing the necessary additional information required to fully process your submission can significantly increase the turnaround time.

Your submission has been completed and shipped back to you as of this morning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  3. Hello @G GriffThank you for contacting us. We are excited to hear you are considering sending your note to us for grading! While I would love to assist you with determining how much it would be to submit your notes to us for grading, our grading tiers/fees are determined by the potential value of your note. Unfortunately, PMG does not value notes, so you would need to do a little research on your end to make that determination. Grading fees, services, and current turnaround times are located at PMG grading fees

Once you've reviewed our fees, if you are still interested in submitting notes for grading, you can become a paid member of Collector's Society HERE or submit the notes through an authorized PMG dealer. If you do not wish to sign up for membership, you can find a listing of authorized PMG dealers at PMG Dealers. You can find more information on how to start submitting notes online at How to submit.  Please do submit the note in
    a non-PVC mylar sleeves.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thank you!

  4. Hello David,

Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Multiple professionals examine every collectible to ensure accuracy and consistency. No grader notes were included on your item. The grader notes are not required nor a guaranteed part of the grading service. Since no notes were taken by the grading team, there is no further information we can provide to you regarding the grade of your item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Premium members do receive a $150.00 credit to their account which is used towards their primary collectible interest and will be used automatically when submitting to that company. If you are looking to submit coins, you may find out how to do so HERE.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  8. Hello @serenitystan, thank you for contacting us. Currently PMG offers a CrossOver service where we will cross PCGS notes either at "Same grade or higher" or at "Any Grade" depending on the option you choose. 9. Hello Andreas,

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we would need the note in hand to make this determination. We cannot confirm without seeing the note in person. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Feel free to send the note in for evaluation when you are able!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  10. Hello @Jogarced, thank you for contacting us. Yes, your submission was paid in full using your membership credit. You have a remaining $60.00 credit available which will be used on your next invoice submitted.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  11. Hello @MTPocket, thank you for contacting us. The $150.00 credit does expire on your renewal date, but you are then afforded a "new" $150.00 if you decide to renew. As a courtesy, I am happy to extend your membership credit for 2 extra months. I have found your account in the system and taken care of this for you. It will now expire on 06/23/24. As long as we receive an order into our system before that date, your 2023 credit will apply (along with your 2024 credit if applicable).

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  12. Hello @Jon Botham, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Premium members receive a $150.00 credit that can be applied directly to their submissions, so if the credit is used in full, it effectively "pays off" the initial membership fees. Elite members also receive the $150.00 credit, but they also are entitled to a 10% discount on all grading fees. This can be a great option for collectors if they have many notes to send in, the discount can be very beneficial in saving on grading fees and can add up over time. You can view all of the benefits each membership tier receives HERE.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  14. Hello @Stephenf, all evaluations must be done in person by a grader. Unfortunately, pictures can sometimes not provide the full details we need necessary to review and grade a note. The note will need to be sent in for further evaluation by a grader to be reviewed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  15. Hello @Stephenf, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm via photos if the note was cut by hand with scissors. An in-hand evaluation by the grading team would be required to determine this.

If you are interested in submitting the note to us for evaluation and grading, you can find out more on the process online at How to Submit | PMG (pmgnotes.com) and our grading fees at PMG Services & Fees | PMG (pmgnotes.com).

  16. Hello @VonZilla9, thank you for contacting us. We're excited to hear you are submitting your note to us for grading! Here is the recommended shipping instructions on how to package your note for shipment -

    • Pack the notes in a well-secured, appropriately sized box with the submission form. We recommend packing a box within a box. Do not tape, staple, glue or paper clip notes to cardboard or sleeves. Use bubble wrap or newspaper to protect notes inside their container.

    • Securely seal the package with reinforced shipping tape to prevent tampering en route. Any damaged, unsealed or poorly sealed packages will be rejected and returned to the shipper. • Do not put raw notes inside a box or envelope without some sort of protection.

    • If putting notes inside cardboard or envelope for protection, please mark that there are notes inside.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  17. Hello @vlad.k, thank you for contacting us. As of 2022, specimen, proof, and test notes are no longer excluded from the bulk grading tier. You may submit these items under the bulk grading tiers!
