Dear Anyone.

Was in a small casino - they're called 'arcades' in Hemsley in England and there was a guy playing a machine with a handful of notes that definitely were not English notes, yet definitely worked the machine. And I didn't have the courage to go up to a stranger and ask...

The attached is a picture of his hand holding the notes above the machine he was playing.  If anyone knows what they are and how come he could use them in England, I'd love to know!!
