PCGS is worse...
I just read a journal about PMG's "ridiculously slow service". I sympathize, but get this. I am a member of both PMG and PCGS-C, and I am currently right at 5 MONTHS with my "complimentary" membership submissions. Now, I realize that these have the lowest priority at both companies, but I have always gotten my PMG "complimentary submissions" back in about a month.
