Can anyone help me out on what price I can ask for on any of these Notes

The Best advise you can get anywhere is, "Check out the last say 6 months of auction records".  I f the note is very rare and rarely seen, everyone will basically give a guess.

The insufficient inking error I'd put in the $200-$300 range, the $20 sold at Heritage for $504 a little over a year ago, I wouldn't think the price has moved much on that. Best place to determine value is by recent auction sales of notes in the same or very similar condition, with the same Fr#.
