No Registry Points on Note

What would the reason be for a note having zero registry points? As in this note with Certification 8023451-005.

What set are you trying to put it in? Are the points listed as a "0," or are they just blank?

NGC probably hasn't gotten around to assigning any points yet for that note. just call them and let him know.
