Current time delay on opening incoming Mail.

I don't know if all the mail is handled together / by the same people but I do know that NGC has having a lot of mail and a significant (~2-3 week) lag between when a box is received and when it is opened.

I have recently sent in some notes and the new tool confirms that you do have the box in your possession now (thanks for that nice tool btw - really takes some stress off the wait to see it pop up in the system).

Now I'm just wondering how long it might be before you open it and it is formally in the system.
