Is This Banknote Unlisted Pick Number

I know PMG has graded this Rare Congo Republic note as Pick No. 5a. 
But the signatures don’t match either 5a or 5b.

I have always wondered if it’s unlisted pick number or an error? Look on the internet and you won’t see these 2 signatures together as either 5a or 5b

I would appreciate if someone can clarify the pick number for me.

Did a few quick searches online and the signatures on your note come back a P-5a in my results. I'm not familiar with these notes so I can't say with 100% certainty if there are any additional signatures with the UN CENSEUR and LE DIRECTOR GENERAL titles, but yours does appear to be a match for P-5a. Very nice note by the way, beautiful!
