Ukrainian Set Registries

Hi,

I was wondering if PMG would consider tweaking a couple of the Ukrainian sets. The sets "Ukrainian National Bank, 1991-Date, P81-Date" and "Control Coupon Issue, 1991-1992 Issue, P81-87B". I think it would make more sense if you changed them to "National Bank of Ukraine, 1996 - Date, Hryvnia, P103-Date" and "National Bank of Ukraine, 1991-1995, Control Coupons P81-101", I feel like this would make more sense and get rid of some overlapping notes between the sets. Breaking some of the other issues into smaller sets may not be a bad idea either. 

One last thing, can slots be added to the sets for currently unlisted Pick #'s?
