080080 is the repeater and radar number ?

Good afternoon.  These would not qualify as Radar or Repeaters.  A Radar would have a serial number that reads the same forward and backward and a repeater would have to have at least 2 repeating digits.  You can find out more about fancy serial numbers here: https://www.pmgnotes.com/news/article/5901/Fancy-Serial-Numbers-On-Currency/  Thank you!
