Treasury notes set 1914-1928 issues p346-p361

Two slots in this set, number 354 and 355, have no link to associated notes. How do I find out which notes these entries relate to?

Two other slots numbers 352 and 353 link to Unissued notes. I am aware that experimental notes are not included in sets due to their lack of representation in the registry, but I wondering why Unissued notes were included?

    Hello.

PMG Registry set structure is determined by our senior team. The US Treasury note sets are all-inclusive. Thank you for your interest in PMG.

  2. Hello, Stephen.

Thanks for your interest. The slots are added according to what we have graded and what is posted here: http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2017as.html. The 2017A district $1 Fort Worth notes thus far are F, F*, I, J, K, and L. When we have graded examples of other Friedberg numbers or when they are published in the above list, we can add additional slots at that time.

    Hi,

Not sure if you're done adding the 2021 commemorative and circulating notes to the Ukrainian National Bank, 1991-Date, Issued Notes, Complete, Including Varieties set but it looks like the slot for P# A128a may have gotten lost in the shuffle. Can it be added back to the set? While we're talking about this set, what do you think about including replacement/star notes? Cert #'s 8072338-006, 8072338-065, 8072143-031 & 8072143-033 would be a few examples of replacement/star notes.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hi, Mike.

We have recently added all the new notes. We would not expand the set to include separate slots for star notes at this time. They may be added to the regular slots. If you need anything else, please let us know. We are happy to help. Thanks.

  4. Hello, Ralph.

Our apologies for any confusion. The automated message you received should say the same "Pick number," not same serial number. Both notes are Pick# 25s, so only one may be added to the slot/set. The PMG Registry is a mirror of the grading screen. If you have labeling/attribution questions, please contact PMG Customer Service at service@PMGnotes.com. Thank you.

    Hi Ali,

I've two more. In the set 1917-Date, P1-Date, Type Set, Issued Notes P50 (2 Karbowanez) was an unissued note, I wouldn't mind if it stayed but just throwing it out there for review.

P100s is currently in the Ukrainian National Bank, 1995-1998 Issue, P100-P115, Specimen, Complete set, and I would like to see if it could be moved to the Ukrainian National Bank, 1993 Issue, P92-P99, Specimen, Complete set with the other Karbovanets notes as opposed to being included with the first two Hryvnia issues.

Sorry, should included these with my last post but forgot. doh!

    Thanks,

    Mike

Thanks for the suggestions, Mike! They make perfect sense!

    Hi,

Have a couple of house cleaning questions for set 1917-Date, P1-Date, Type Set, Issued Notes, Complete .

In the set are slots for Picks 87A & 87B, these were unissued, perforated (SPECIMEN), color trial proofs. To the best of my knowledge. No problem with them being in the type set, but if they are to remain I would advocate for the inclusion of Picks 107As and 107Bs into the same set. My thoughts are that both sets of picks are higher denominations which would have been continuations of an existing issue/series of notes, were never in circulation, with only specimens existing, and should then be treated similarly. Whether that means they all need to be removed or all included in the set, or (if in the set) be assigned points or non-competitive slots doesn't really matter to me. Just looking for consistency in how each set of Picks is being treated. Of the two sets only the 107's have any PMG graded notes. Cert #'s 8079904-068 & 8079904-069 for 107As & 107Bs references.

In the same set there appears to be duplicate slots for Pick 127, could the two be combined or one removed?

    klkkkkkk.png.8fbb858084741f98193c767b57129adc.png

The same duplication also exists in the Ukrainian National Bank, 1991-Date, Issued Notes, Complete, Including Varieties set, could the unlisted duplicate be removed?

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hi, Mike.

We will take care of the necessary updates. Thanks very much.

    Good Afternoon,

When looking at the top 3 sets list in the Fractional Currency category, under the category "Fractional currency complete type set", it shows 3 positions #1 and the top two positions have much lower scores that the one in the third position. There seems to be some kind of data base problem.

Is it possible to get a new set for Bank of England replacement notes.

    Thanks

    David

    Hello, David.

Thank you for your interest. The senior team has determined these notes have sufficient representation in the existing competitive sets. You may display all your replacement notes in a single set you have under this set type: All Setsbreadcrumb-arrow.gifGreat Britainbreadcrumb-arrow.gifBank Of England Complete Issues, P303-Date.

    Thanks Ali,

I appreciate you adding this one for me!

However I was only able to add the note to one of the slots it looks like it didn't get added properly to the other two as there was no score data as per the photo!

    Thanks :)

    Hi, there.

You will need to follow the not-valid-for-slot process (if you didn't do so already. ) Thanks much.

    Hello,

I request competitive sets of west African states 1959-2003 without varieties.  I see that we have one such set for Ivory Coast and would like to have for the other nations as well.

    Warm Regards,

Hello and thanks for your interest. We have responded to your emails on this.

  13. Transfer of a note - How does this happen? hail caesar money GIF

There is normally a 72-hour wait time when someone claims a note to be his. Automated emails are sent to the previous owner and to the person claiming to be the new owner. After the 72-hour time period, if the previous owner does not contest ownership of the note, the note is automatically transferred to the new owner.  If the previous owner does contest the transfer of the note, then we proceed from there.

If you feel you ahve a note that another person is claiming to be his/hers, please take a few photos (at least 1 obverse AND 1 reverse) of the note, with all edges of the holder in view? Can you put something, such as a piece of mail or newspaper, something with a recent date visible on it, in the background of the photos? (Images taken from the seller's website will not suffice as proof of ownership.) Thanks in advance for your assistance.

***Please wait until you have a newly purchased note in hand before entering it into your PMG collection.***

    Hi Ali,

Are you able to add the latest issue Australian polymer notes? I picked up a P63 $10 note and can’t find a set for it! Looks like the last one is P62 $5 and the RBA have since released $10-$100 denominations!

    Thanks 😊

Hello. P63-65 slots were added in June. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks.

    Hello

It has been a while since Afghanistan set have been reviewed

Is there a chance to add points or consider these 2 notes (P24 and P27A) now as they are already notes graded UNC and AU?

    regards

Hello. These two notes will remain non-competitive. Thank you for your interest.

  16. **Why is this note marked as "non-competitive" in my PMG Competitive Registry Set?**

There are many factors involved when making the decision to mark a note as "non-competitive, for display, only" in a PMG Registry Set. These factors may include low mintage, difficulty in obtaining/purchasing the note, and an unusually high price in relation to the other notes required to fill the set. These factors are carefully considered when our senior numismatic team makes the decision which is done on a note-by-note basis.

If a note is “non-competitive; for display, only,” then it does not count toward percentage completion of a set. For example, if there are ten slots/notes listed in a set, and one of them is “non-competitive,” then a collector only needs 9 notes to be at 100% completion. This functionality enables a collector who can afford the rare or very expensive collectible to still display his unique find to others while also enabling a competitive atmosphere that is attractive to all interested collectors. We aim to make 100% completion of any PMG Registry set attainable for our average collector.
