    As is the practice every year, we have a temporary freeze on any new PMG Registry slot requests, score change requests, and new set requests until after the annual awards period has passed. There is a freeze as of October 3rd at 10am EST 2022. We will add your requests to the pending list to be processed after the annual awards deadline has passed.     That message you received means that your Egypt and Bangladesh notes are therefore already in your sets.

     

    You will need to first create one of these two Guinea sets before you may add your note 2077333-032.

    Please follow the directions all the way through to the end. This puts your note in our administrative queue for review and approval. 


    1. You may manually enter in your note, although it may not appear as 1 AVAILABLE NOTE.

    2. When you are in EDIT SET mode, go ahead and manually type in the cert. number in the box provided in the Cert #    column.

    3. Scroll down and SAVE your changes.  

    4. When you receive any automated messages that say, "This note is not valid for this slot..." and "Are you sure you want to save...?"  Please click YES. This generates an automated process where we receive the same message and all of the details involved.  Then with a few clicks, we can easily and quickly add your note to that set for you.  After we add the note(s), you will receive a message saying the note was added to your set(s). If you have further questions, please let us know at registry@PMGnotes.com.
