2013 $20 starnote / mule note , with FW instead of FR

The FW next the the face plate number stands for Fort Worth, which is where the note was printed. All notes printed at the Western Facility will have FW next to the face plate number.

There are currently no mules listed for this note in any of the references that I looked at so I'm going to say that the note pictured is not a mule unless you can provide an explanation of why this note could be a mule.

Based on the images the note is a heavily circulated replacement, star note, printed for the FRB of San Francisco and in that condition worth only face value or slightly above.
