Hello and welcome to the forum.

The centering on the note, while not great, is not off enough to be worth anything extra. If some of the design was missing or part of another note was visible on the edges, then, the note would have a premium attached. How much would depend on how dramatic the error was. In it's current condition I would think the note has a value of $1, or just slightly above.
