Pretty common to find post-marked $2's, especially from '76, but there is a small collector base out there. To me it's worth $2 but you might be able to resell it for above face to right collector, gut feeling is that you'd be lucky to get $20 for it. I've been told that many post offices used the July 4, cancellation stamp prior to and after the actual date, if requested, finding postmarked notes with the July 4 date is not difficult from what I understand.
