Yes, the note is worth more than face. From what I'm seeing I'd guess the note to be in the $100-$150 range, maybe a little more on a good day.

There are a few exceptions, but overall, silver certificates like the ones you presented don't seem to have much worth above face value unless they are in really good shape. That being said, the $1 in the middle looks fairly great.
