error note Has anyone ever seen this on a 1976 series 2 dollar note ? 1 1

While putting this small cutting error note into an album I had to keep scanning it

to get the lil brown looking flake out of the printer. Then I noticed what looked

like a piece of tape clear, so tried to gently peel it off but if I had pulled any

harder the paper would of ripped. As it was I ripped the goo its self a little.

Its not on either side of the note see both sides. It is between layers of the note its self

inert but still mussy/soft ?

Can you post pics of the back and face?

Sure sounds like some sort of adhesive but can't say for sure without seeing it, maybe not even then. I'd be surprised if it was woven onto the paper.
