Misaligned or misprinted 1981 dollar bill 0

I am not a money collector but have this misprinted dollar bill.  The interesting parts of this bill are the edges.  Two sides look hand torn (you can see part of another bill) and the bottom is not cut correctly.  Is there any value in this bill?  I would be willing to sell it.

Could you post better images of the front and back?

My guess is that this was either cut/torn from an uncut sheet sold by the BEP or fake, might change my mind if better pics are posted. If this is legit I would expect it to be a fold or cutting error but need better pics of both sides.

I'm going to stick with my original thoughts and say that this was torn from an uncut sheet, too bad because I believe that the HD block uncut sheets are harder to find. I would value this at face, but I'd still hold onto it. It's kind of neat.
