I too have a possible $20 error note but I don’t see the option for “ Error “. How did you submit it ?

To me, it looks like you treat it like a regular note. You'd select the appropriate grading tier and send it in. I'd add a description of the error on the form or make a notation so that they see it. If you post this question in the Ask PMG section of the forum Jennifer can answer this.
