Wrong pick number 0

Hello

I have a 1937 100 dollar graded 65gem but it have wrong pick number and signature on label.

My question is i cant add it in my registry set and the deadline for the competition is next week.

So can you add that note on the right slot for me even it have wrong pick number.

Did you buy this recently from someone / somewhere else? Based on the label it was graded a while ago and this isn't a recent Mechanical Error.
