I have Just got in my starter collection of 2 First Majestic 1/2 troy oz silver coins, 1 PCGS $1 ink Smear a $2 Stuck Serial number (Ungraded) and a 1880-P Morgan Dollar With that being said i just paid $50 for a Major offset Print $1 FRN On the Face Series 1991 Im curious Even in good condition this bill could be valued at a higher Value?

I think $50 is a fair price for a note like that, ungraded, I don't think it would be valued to much beyond that based on you description. 

Can you post a couple pics of the front and back, if the offset is dramatic enough and the condition higher than good it could drive the price up a little.
