Bulk submissions of USA STAR notes - discount?

If I have 700 x 2 USD star banknotes consecutive numbers of  the 2013 year, will PMG Provide a cheaper grading price if I submit all for grading?

If you check the pricing / "Services & Fees" page, you do get a discounted price for bulk consecutive notes. It's $12/note for US from the looks of it.
