Hello.  Thanks for your message.  If the note has shifted slightly inside the holder you should be able to gently tap it back into place.  If that doesn't work, you can always send it back in to us for a reholder and we would have to put it into a new holder.  The holders are not completely airtight so some movement is possible within the holder.  You can contact our customer service at 877-764-5570 or by email at service@pmgnotes.com.  Thanks!
