    Hello everyone. I am trying to research this bill but I simply cannot find anything. Even tho it is only a 25 it is a top pop, so is it just extremely rare or am I not looking in the right places?

    ok there are two things that weird me out about this bill. first of all it is an 1862 bill but someone put a 4 over the two? also on the back of it, it appears to be a louisanna state bill partial print. I am going to assume it was stacked on top of the lousianna bill and just got transferred to the back. I am going to submit it but was curious what you all thought?
