To ship the note to us we recommend sending them in a box so that there is less of a possibility of the note being damaged in transit. We understand that note grading can, in some cases, represent an investment that exceeds the value of the note, however, the benefits of authentication and the protection provided by the holder are still valuable to many collectors. While I cannot offer a lower rate at this time, should our fee schedule change in the future, we will announce any changes on our website. Orders can be shipped to any address of your choosing; a place of business or directly to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.  (Note: FedEx has partnered with Walgreens to offer additional pickup locations. The address for the specific location is required). You can update the contact information or just the shipping address to make it the FedEx office and they would be shipped there. If you wanted to have someone else pick the order up from the FedEx location there name would have to be in the shipping information. Please note that all shipments are a direct signature required with restrictions that do not allow packages to be rerouted or the address changed once they have shipped. These restrictions are in place to protect the security of your returning collectibles and they cannot be removed or amended. If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue. We will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Thank you,
  6. Hi @Lamb7, Thank you for contacting us. When you upgrade from the Premium level to the Elite you are charged the full price for the Elite membership. This is done because you will receive an additional $150 credit on top of the credit already received as a Premium member. This will give you a total of $300 in credit during one membership year. We do not offer the option to prorate your membership fee for the Elite level to ensure you do not lose the additional credit. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
  7. Hi @mamue-muenzen, Thank you for contacting us. Yes, you can print the same submission form multiple times to have enough spots for all the bank notes you are wanting to submit. I would cross out the line item and start at 21 and end at 40 and so on. That way you can label the notes with the correct line items. This will help the receiving team to be able to identify the notes easier. I would also suggest having the copies of the submission form in order. So if you have 5 submission forms with the 20 items have them in order from line 001-100. Please let us know if you have any concerns. Thank you,
  8. Hi @Ismail H, Thank you for contacting us. Once the order has been received in the system, you will receive an email. When you get that email you will be able to log into your account and click on "Submission Tracking" then click "Update Credit Card" and you will enter your new card. It will update on our end and we will process the payment. You also are able to call us Monday-Friday 8 AM- 8 PM at 1(855)472-3310 and we can update the credit card once the order is in as well.
