  1. Hello, Stephen. Thanks for your interest. The slots are added according to what we have graded and what is posted here: http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2017as.html. The 2017A district $1 Fort Worth notes thus far are F, F*, I, J, K, and L. When we have graded examples of other Friedberg numbers or when they are published in the above list, we can add additional slots at that time.
  2. Hi, Mike. We have recently added all the new notes. We would not expand the set to include separate slots for star notes at this time. They may be added to the regular slots. If you need anything else, please let us know. We are happy to help. Thanks.
  3. Hello, Ralph. Our apologies for any confusion. The automated message you received should say the same "Pick number," not same serial number. Both notes are Pick# 25s, so only one may be added to the slot/set. The PMG Registry is a mirror of the grading screen. If you have labeling/attribution questions, please contact PMG Customer Service at service@PMGnotes.com. Thank you.
  4. Thanks for the suggestions, Mike! They make perfect sense!
  5. Hi, Mike. We will take care of the necessary updates. Thanks very much.
  6. Obsolete notes are eligible in Signature PMG sets. Thanks for your interest.
  7. Hello, and thanks for your interest. Please send us the URL (the website link) to the page where you found this information, so we may look into this. 8. Hello, David. Thank you for your interest. The senior team has determined these notes have sufficient representation in the existing competitive sets. You may display all your replacement notes in a single set you have under this set type: All SetsGreat BritainBank Of England Complete Issues, P303-Date.
  9. Hello, and thank you for the requests. We will add these to the queue of pending new set requests. We will send you an email when the team has reached a decision. Thanks very much.
  10. Hi, there. You will need to follow the not-valid-for-slot process (if you didn't do so already. ) Thanks much.
  11. Thanks, Travis. We have added the slots. Happy New Year!
  12. 1. Log in to Collectors Society. Upon logging in you will be at your Control Panel where your existing sets are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen. 2. Select the checkmark for the set you wish to edit and then "Edit" to the right. 4. Click "Remove Note" to remove the existing note from the slot and enter the certification number you wish to add. (If you prefer, you may provide a note description in the text box here. Many participants use this field to describe the appearance of a note and/or to tell the story of how the note was acquired.) 5. Click "Save." You will see a confirmation screen that indicates that the note was successfully added to your set. You will also be prompted on this page to unregister the note you replaced if you no longer own it. When you remove a note from your set, it is still registered to you and listed in your general inventory and thus cannot be owned by anyone else. If you choose to unregister the note on this page, it will be removed from all of your sets and your inventory. * To unregister a note, click the selection box that appears in front of the note you wish to unregister then click ‘Save’.

  17. Transfer of a note - How does this happen? There is normally a 72-hour wait time when someone claims a note to be his. Automated emails are sent to the previous owner and to the person claiming to be the new owner. After the 72-hour time period, if the previous owner does not contest ownership of the note, the note is automatically transferred to the new owner. If the previous owner does contest the transfer of the note, then we proceed from there. If you feel you ahve a note that another person is claiming to be his/hers, please take a few photos (at least 1 obverse AND 1 reverse) of the note, with all edges of the holder in view? Can you put something, such as a piece of mail or newspaper, something with a recent date visible on it, in the background of the photos? (Images taken from the seller's website will not suffice as proof of ownership.) Thanks in advance for your assistance. ***Please wait until you have a newly purchased note in hand before entering it into your PMG collection.***

  19. Hello. P63-65 slots were added in June. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks.
  20. Hello. These two notes will remain non-competitive. Thank you for your interest.
  21. **Why is this note marked as "non-competitive" in my PMG Competitive Registry Set?** There are many factors involved when making the decision to mark a note as "non-competitive, for display, only" in a PMG Registry Set. These factors may include low mintage, difficulty in obtaining/purchasing the note, and an unusually high price in relation to the other notes required to fill the set. These factors are carefully considered when our senior numismatic team makes the decision which is done on a note-by-note basis. If a note is “non-competitive; for display, only,” then it does not count toward percentage completion of a set. For example, if there are ten slots/notes listed in a set, and one of them is “non-competitive,” then a collector only needs 9 notes to be at 100% completion. This functionality enables a collector who can afford the rare or very expensive collectible to still display his unique find to others while also enabling a competitive atmosphere that is attractive to all interested collectors. We aim to make 100% completion of any PMG Registry set attainable for our average collector.
  22. Hello, Revenant. I realized you meant 3d, not 3s. (They are way too close on the keyboard...) I downloaded the images to my own computer, deleted them from your Sig set, and then I added them back again. That worked, for whatever reason. Thanks. https://notes.www.collectors-society.com/registry/notes/ViewPersonalCollection.aspx?UserCollectionID=1264&Tab=gallery
