I did verify this with our research department and they did confirm it was mislabeled.  If the note is in your possession, you can send it back in for a label correction at no charge.  Please send an email with the certification number and the error to our customer service department and they will email you back instructions and a shipping label to use to mail it back.  You can reach us at: service@pmgnotes.com.

Thanks for your message.  Pick number 74A is no longer in use.  78A is the correct pick number.  The Pick book does get updated from year to year so at some point they changed the number to 78A which is what we go with now.  If you have a note with an outdated number, you can send it in for a reholder with catalog number change for $5 per note.

National banknotes are listed on the Population Report, however, they are not broken down into specific banks so the most you could see would just be a more general count based on denomination and FR#.  Thanks!
