A Pick # is the unique number assigned to a note by the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for world banknotes. The Pick #'s are listed in the catalog but if you don't have the catalog probably the next best option would be to look up your note online and find one already in a PMG holder, the Pick # will be listed on the holder. Or, if you only have a few notes to look up, post some pictures of them here and I'll take a look.

You can also look through the PMG World Paper Money Price Guide. The Pick #'s are listed there and it's fairly easy to search through, link below.

Collect what you like, once you pick a collecting area to specialize in then you can focus on specific things or notes to look for or study.
