I'm looking to buy some banknotes with the remaining bitcoin I still have left.

No sites or auction houses that I frequent accept Bitcoin, best bet would be to sell/convert it over to USD or some type of currency and get it into an account. I'm sure there are some auction houses or sites that will accept BC but your options will be limited, as will be your selection of notes. You might be able to contact sellers directly to see if they'll make an exception.
