MTPocket Posted March 25 Report Posted March 25 I have premium membership from 2023 and have not submitted anything, so my $150.00 credit is unused. My membership renews in April 2024. Will I lose the unused $150.00 credit from 2023 or will I have $300.00 credit after April 2024 renewal, or ???.

The $150.00 credit does expire on your renewal date, but you are then afforded a "new" $150.00 if you decide to renew. As a courtesy, I am happy to extend your membership credit for 2 extra months. I have found your account in the system and taken care of this for you. It will now expire on 06/23/24. As long as we receive an order into our system before that date, your 2023 credit will apply (along with your 2024 credit if applicable). Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
