Submission Status as Received from last 40 days 0

My Submission # 1916332 is in "Received" Status since the day it is submitted i.e 12/7/23. As per PMG current WORLD-STANDARD turnaround time mentioned is World: 25 days, but my submission is not yet updated from the initial status. Please provide me with detailed status on the same.
