population report error 0

I have a note that is graded by PMG but its not in the population report.

Thank you for reaching out to us. When we have graded a note that is not already included in the census, there is a waiting period of up to sixty before the note will be displayed. If you still cannot view the note after December 5, please let us know and I can have the grading team review the census data.
