Notes At Submission Center 1 1

Hello. Please help me understand the situation. I am from Portugal and I sent the banknotes to the grade in Germany. I indicated on the special form that they would need to be sent back to Portugal via FedEx. Their current status: At Submission Center Notes have arrived at the Submission Center and are available for pick up. What does it mean? Are they still in Germany or already in Portugal at the FedEx office? Where can I get a tracking code?

Guys, this is not funny. I sent you expensive banknotes and I need to know where they are now. Two weeks have passed since they are in the status At Submission Center.

Please, let me know whats going on.
