I have a Netherlands Indies (1929) 5 Gulden (P69b) submitted to PMG (to a dealer) by #2260201-053. May I ask the reason for this note to be deemed as NC and not encapsulated? Thank you in advance.

In this case, banknotes that have altered design features such as dates, imprints, serial numbers, denominations, watermarks, etc. and banknotes that are not genuine or of questionable authenticity are not certified by PMG. Hello Kailee, about my note with #2260201-053, it was said on the holder that the note was "Not Suitable for Certification" (NC). I want to know whether the problem is the repair and pieces added to the banknote, or is there any other reason from PMG graders to determine if this banknote is not suitable for certification.
