Hello, thank you for your message.  CCG is a closed and gated facility.  For security reasons, our offices are not accessible to the public and not available for walk in submissions.  Only authorized dealers with one of our companies (PMG, NGC, CGC or CSG) are permitted to set up appointments with us to drop off and pick-up submissions.

If you do not wish to mail your submissions to us, you can check the locate dealer feature on our website to see if there is a dealer in your area that might be able to submit the items in person for you. https://www.pmgnotes.com/services/DealerListing.aspx

Thank you!

How do I know which Grading Tiers to be us on my note?

Hello, in order to select a grading tier, you will first have to determine a declared insurance value for your note.  Each tier has a maximum value amount to qualify for that tier.  If your note exceeds the maximum value amount then you will have to go up to the next tier.  The higher the value you list, generally, the higher the grading tier will be.  PMG Services & Fees | PMG (pmgnotes.com)

Hello,

Thank you for your message.  We do encourage international customers to visit their local customs office before shipping to explain your intentions with the submission (that they are your notes being sent in for evaluation and then being returned back to you) and they can advise you of any fees, restrictions, etc.

Please note that different carriers may have restrictions on certain items. Collectors and dealers are encouraged to consult with these carriers to confirm that their items are eligible.

We encourage international submitters to secure private insurance coverage, such as that provided by Hugh Wood, ShipandInsure.com, Brink’s or Malca-Amit.

If you have private insurance, please contact PMG Customer Service at service@PMGnotes.com or 1-877-PMG-5570 (1-877-764-5570) before submitting so that we can place this information on file. We must have this information on file prior to receiving your submission.

Thank you!

Hello, thank you for your message.  It is not a requirement that you have private insurance, although we do recommend it if you are not in the United States.  Unless you ship through one of our international offices, the package will not be insured when we ship it back to you outside of the U.S. ShipandInsure, Brinks and Malca-Amit are examples of private insurance companies you can use to purchase additional insurance for your package, if you wish.  It is not required but recommended.  You can find links to those insurance companies websites on our FAQ page under this topic:
