Hello PMG,

In the new EUROPE SUBMISSION FORM there is no more dedicated grading tier for specimens.

Does this mean that specimens can be submitted using any grading tier, including Vintage Bulk and Modern Bulk ?

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  We have removed the Economy Special tier so now, any sort of note that previously would have had to go under that tier can now go under any qualifying tier.  You can put specimens under any tier that they qualify for now.
