The usps shipment has not shown any update since it left the Tampa facility on Oct 1, 2021. I have opened a missing item case with usps. Has anyone here experienced the same problem with usps before? If it has been two weeks since it shipped back to you, you can reach out to our customer service department and we can start that investigation.
