Parcel still at custome

Hello.

I have a parcel coming from pmg tracking number RE112308180US stuck at custome for 10 days ++.

Asking if anything USPS can do to get the parcel moving.

I dont want to lost this one.

Already lost 40 banknotes gone missing.They cant figure out where it's gone.

Good morning,

We can start an investigation with the USPS if it has been at least 15 days since the package was shipped.  If it has been that long, please contact our customer service department with the submission number and we can begin that process.
