Confused about pick # on this Vietnamese note. Why is one 74A and one is 78A? Can anyone help? Thank you

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Pick number 74A is no longer in use.  78A is the correct pick number.  The Pick book does get updated from year to year so at some point they changed the number to 78A which is what we go with now.  If you have a note with an outdated number, you can send it in for a reholder with catalog number change for $5 per note.
