Packaging for shipment question....

I have 4 notes that I want to have graded & I need some info to know how to package them. Would a padded envelope with cardboard stiffeners be acceptable, or maybe a small box ?? Any help would be much appreciated.

For 4 notes, I'd go with the padded envelope w/cardboard.  There are additional packaging requirements if you are using Registered Mail.  The weight of the package and amount of insurance determines the price.  Registered Mail  provides up to $50,000 in insurance against loss or damage and as I recall you have to use it at ~5,000 in insured value.  If that's the case, I'd like to see your notes :-)
