Submitting Damaged Note

I have a Ben Franklin printed colonial note that is either fully torn in half or hanging on by fibers. I would like to get it graded mostly for the preservation in the holder. Will pmg grade this or is there too much damage? Thanks!

Thanks for your message.  I checked with our research manager and sent him over your pictures.  He said it would be difficult to say for sure, without seeing the note in hand.  He thought there was a good possibility we could encapsulate it but that would ultimately be up to our graders.  Sometimes if the note is in multiple pieces they choose not to so we would really need to see the note in hand before we could say definitively.
