I have acquired uncirculated $2 bills which may contain errors on the bills; or on the sleeves that contain them. I would love insight if they may need to be appraised or just stored away.

Only two have the U.S. symbol on the outside. I have a total of 5. Notice how the Missouri stamp is over Washington D.C. or over serial number.

Good morning, thank you for your message.  PMG is a grading company.  We don't appraise currency we would just grade it based on the condition of the notes.  We could not really advise you on whether or not an item is "worth" sending in.  That is up to the individual to determine for themselves.  However, if you are looking to have more information or an idea of value, you might want to take them to a currency dealer that could appraise them for you.  You can find a listing of authorized PMG dealers, as well as information on how to submit to us for grading, on our website here:  https://www.pmgnotes.com/services/Submitting.aspx

If you have any questions, you can reach our customer service department at 877-764-5570 or by email at service@pmgnotes.com.  Thank you!
