1976 2 dollar bills star notes sheet of four

Hi everyone,  I did some work while back for someone, and this was given to me. So I seen some kind of water damage or something on these. I framed it so nothing else happened to them. But looks of them the second bill has extra hair down by his cheek. The bottom bill has some kind of ink on the J of Jefferson, and the Ts under that in United states. But ink splatters in different areas of the Bill's. I have them on my wall because there cool and there also star notes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
