Hello.  We were having some issues with our servers for a couple of days but I do show that is now showing up on the certification lookup.

I'm a paid member and when I tried to verify PMG certified currency it gave me the message below:

Your search activity has exceeded our limits. These limits help to protect the security of our database. Please try again later.

I thought I have unlimited access to this service???

For the security of our data, there are throttling rules in place that limit the number of lookups a single IP address can request in a specified time. These throttling rules apply to everyone and protect the site from being 'crawled' for data.

 

When you come up against that message, just allow some time to pass and you will be able to continue with your lookups.

 

If you have a membership, please make sure you are logged in before using the certification lookup tool as the restrictions are different for members versus those that are not logged in.
