Misspelling on holder

I recently received my order back but was disappointed to receive a note with a misspelling on the back... "As Made Wrinles"

I'm a little embarrassed to have people see the note as it cheapens the certification. "How can I trust the certification with spelling like that?"   Thoughts??

I'm very sorry about that!  We can certainly fix that for you at no charge.  Please just send the note back with a new submission form and just write "Mechanical Error" in bold at the top and indicate what needs to be corrected.  You can zero out any charges and also include a copy of your shipping receipt and we can reimburse you the fee for sending that back in to us.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at 877-764-5570.  Thank you!
